About CPFH
Community Partners for Hope (CPFH) is comprised of local civic organizations and faith communities from Pequannock, Pompton Plains, Lincoln Park, Wayne, and Montville. We engage in community education, advocacy and action around vital issues that threaten the strength our communities. We present community education programs about social problems and also operate local community events where volunteers of all ages and capabilities (from 3 years to 85 years!) can actively participate as change agents.
We started with Hunger and run an annual Grains of Hope food packing event with over 1,000 volunteer hours contributed and nearly 2 MILLION meals packaged, shipped locally and across the globe (i.e., Haiti and the Ukraine). In 2022, we hosted our first Empty Bowls community dinner and we are now widening our focus to include education on drug addiction.
CPFH is a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit corporation and is considered a charity under IRS rules. Donations are tax deductible, subject to IRS limitations.
